To get coaching clients online you have to have a way to capture their information. An application funnel is a process of collecting the lead (contact information) and asking questions in an application or survey in order to pre-qualify coaching prospects and weed-out tire kickers.
Application funnels traditionally have lower conversion rates BUT higher quality leads. Instead of only collecting name, phone, and email address a coaching client funnel with an application goes a step beyond that. A coaching application allows you to determine if you want to even take a call with that lead, give it to someone else on the team, or pass entirely.
The application funnel for coaches not only produces high-quality prospects but saves you a tremendous amount of time. The application funnels pre-qualifies prospects and directs them to a calendar page/link where they can schedule a time for a coaching session or conversation with you. You can set up your calendar so coaching prospects can book times ONLY when you have determined you’re available to take calls.
